TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, ifany, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the patty of the first pan in and to
said premises,
TO HA VEAND TOHOLD the premises herein granted unto thc parly o~' the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the pa~ty of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first parL covenants that thc party of the first part has not done or suffered an)~hing
whereby the said premises have been eneumbored in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
,4ND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 ofthe Lien Law, covenants that the part),
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold thc right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for thc purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment oftbe cost of the improvement before using any part of thc total of thc same
for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read 'parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

Sterling Homes prepared by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Sons, Land Surveyors at Greenport, New York and filed with
the Suffolk County Clerk on August 25, 1966 as Map No. 4709; said lot being bounded and described as
