The Board of Trustees has received your request for a Pre-Submission Inspection at the
above referenced parcel The Board visited the site on March 15, but was unable to
complete the inspection due to the following:
1. The parcel needs to be staked for the proposed location of house.
2. The l°cation of the proposed construction needs to be placed on a survey.
3. The owner or authorized representative meet the Board on site.
The Board will be able to put this on their next inspection of April 12 if they receive
the information by April 5, 2006.
