EHRENREICH, his wife, both residing at 125 East 93rd Street, New York, New York, 10028, Party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten ($10.00) ______________________________________________ dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the party of the aeroro sol part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the send Part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the Party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,frees or parcel of land, situate, " lyingandbeinginthe Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated is Lot No. 110 on a certain fi led entitled, ,Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section 4", and the f office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 7, 1566 as Map No. 4586, being bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Sound Drive where the same is intersected by the easterly side of Lot 1.09 on said map; running thence North 23 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds West, along the easterly side of said Lot 109, 336.58 feet to Long Island Sound; running thence along the ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound on a tie line 0£ North 80 degrees 00 minutes East, 100 feet; thence South 23 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds East, along the westerly side of Lot 111 on said map-- ' feet to the Northwesterly side of Sound Drive; thence along the Northwesterly and northerly side of Sound Drive, (1) South 53 degrees 58 minutes We seconds West, 79.43 feet and (2) South 89 degrees INNING. 44 minutes West, 20.57 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with the right to use the beach as described in deed made by H.J.S, Land & Development Corp. and S.M.S.
