Dear Mr. Blaskovic:
The Board of Trustees has inspected the above referenced property as per your request.
The proposed clearing is adjacent to a freshwater wetland. The existing vegetation
includes protected plants under Chapter 97 of the Town Wetland Code. The existing
plants are a buffer to the freshwater wetland area and provide protection to the wetland.
The Board requires the buffer to remain undisturbed and would not permit clearing or
grading in that location.
The Board's next inspection date is July 12. If you would like the Board to advise you on
the location of a garage you may request another inspection at that time. Please send the
request in writing by June 30, show the location of the proposed garage on a survey, stake
the location in your yard, and include a $50 inspection fee.

To Whom It May Concern:
Please be advised that I wish to clear some of the brush and overgrowth along a 20-foot
strip on the east side of my property. This area will then be graded and landscaped.
Please advise me if there are any requirements or applications needed for this type of
improvement to my property.
I have enclosed a site map for your edification. The proposed work is to be done in the
shaded area
