and roads abutting the above, described premises to the center lines thereof:
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in
and to smd premises: 'FO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises granted unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors or assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part govenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way xvhatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the partT of the first part, in comphance ~vith Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the
parD' of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and ,,viii hold the right to
receive such consideration as a u'ust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of
the mnprovement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvements
before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.

Schedule A Description
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being near the Village of
Greenpo~, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and designated
as Lot Number I45 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores, Section 5", filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 3I, 1968, as Map No. 5234; said lot
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Green Hill Lane distant 345 feet Northerly from
tlne comer fomned by the intersection of the Easterly side of Green Hill Lane and the Northerly
side of Homestead Way; said point also being wbere the Easterly side of Green Hill Lane is
intersected by the division line between Lots 145 and 146 on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the Easterly side of Green Hill Lane North 20 degrees 57 minutes 50
seconds West, a distance of I09.40 feet to the division line between Lots 144 and 145 on the
above mentioned map;
]'HENCE Easterly along said division line between Lots 144 and 145 on the above mentioned
map tine following two (2) courses and distances:
(1) North 69 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 127.94 feet;
