NOTICE OF HEARINGS
Pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and the provisions of the
Amended Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold, New York, pub-
lic hearings Will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals at the Town

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The permittee shall file in the office of the aPPropriate Regional
Permit Administrator, a notice of Intentien to commence work al least 48
hours in advance of the time o.f commencement and shall also onti/y him
promptly in writing of the completion of the work.
2. 'The permitted work shall be subject lo Inspection by an authorize(~
representat ye of the Department of Environmental Conservation who may
order the work suspended If the public interest so requires.
3. As a condition of the issuance,of this permit, the applican~'has ac-
cepted expressly, by the execution of the appllcalion, the full legal respon-
sibility for all dumoges~ direct or indirect, of whatever nature, and by whore-
ever suffered~ arising out of the project described herein and has agreed to
indemnify and save harmless the Stale from'suits, actions, damages and
cosfs of every name and descriplion resulting/[rom the said ~roject.
4. Any material dredged in the prosecution of the work herein permitted
shall be removed evenly, without leaving large refuse piles, ridges across the
bed of the waterway or flood plain or deep holes that may have a lendency ro
cause injury to navigable channels or to the banks of the watenvay.
So Any material Ia be deposited or dumped under this permil, either in
the waterway or on shore above high-water mark, shall be deposited or dumped
at the locality shown on the drawing hereto attached, and,,if so prescribed
thereon, within or behind a RoOd and substantial bulkhead or bulkheads, such

I have conducted a recent on-site inspection of your parcel on Corey
Creek Lane, Town of Southold.
In view of the history of the past approval on this lot, I feel com-
pelled to approve the revised building location, although a small amount
of wetlands are still directly on the northwest corner. Please caution
your builder to exercise great care in excavation due to the proximity of
the structure to wetlands.
Please notify us on completion of the structure so that a final in-
spection may be made.

I represent Mr. and Mrs. Ochiograsso having been
retained after their appeal was denied May 24, 1979.
I have been unable to obtain the reasons their
appeal was denied.
However, I believe the decision will come up for
approval at your meeting of June 14, 1979.
I would like to have this matter reconsidered for
the purposes of further discussion and introduction of
further evidence.
