In view of the history of the past approval on this lot, I feel com- pelled to approve the revised building location, although a small amount of wetlands are still directly on the northwest corner. Please caution your builder to exercise great care in excavation due to the proximity of the structure to wetlands. I have been unable to obtain the reasons their appeal was denied. However, I believe the decision will come up for approval at your meeting of June 14, 1979.
