THIS INDENTURE,made the 27th day, of April nineteen hundred and ninety-nine
BETWEEN THOMAS SALICE and SUSAN SALICE, his wife, both residing at
4 Lakeside Drive, Ryd, New York, as to an undivided 49% interest
and CHARLES SALICE and ROSE SALICE, his wife, both residing at
1882 Monroe Avenue, Seaford, New York, as to an undivided 51% interest
party of the first part, and
THOMAS SALICE and SUSAN SALICE, his wife, both residing at
4 Lakeside Drive, Rye, New York, as to an undivided 32% interest
and CHARLES SALICE and ROSE SALICE, his wife, both residing at
1882 Monroe Avenue, Seaford, New York, as to an undivided 68% interest
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being WAR at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as part of Lot 13 in Block 1 on a certain
map entitled "Map of Captain Kidd Estates" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk':
Office on January 19, 1949 as Map No. 1672, bounded and described as follows:
DISC BEGINNING at a
point on the Northerly side of Summit Drive said point marking
0900 ' the division line between Lots 12 and 13 as shown on the aforesaid map;
SECTION RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 38 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds
106.00 West 252.03 feet;
THENCE North 52 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 100.00 feet to the division
BLOCK I line between Lot 13 and 14 on said map;
01 .00 THENCE along said division line between Lot 13 and 14 on said map South 38 degree:
LOT 00 minutes 00 seconds East 200.00 feet to the Westerly side of Miriam Road;
046.000 THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY along an arc of a curve bearing to the right connecting the
Westerly side of Miriam Road with the Northwesterly side of Summit Drive, having
a radius of 160.69 feet and a distance of 115.19 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises described in deed to the party of the
first part recorded in Liber 11826, cp. 851 by deed dated 2/28/97 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 23, 1997.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in anrcway,;whatever, except.-as.afore¢sid-
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13fof, the Lien Law,-covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and.will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of 01yifig the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement befoie using any partlof the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
