BEGINNING at an iron pipe on thb southerly side of Mason Drive distant 75.34 feet
westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the said southerly side of Mason Drive
with the westerly side of Broadwaters drive;
RUNNING thence south 12 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds east 274 feet to the highwater
mark of Haywaters Cove along land now or formerly of Wyedan;
THENCE along the said highwater mark of Haywaters Cove along a tie line having a
course of south 67 degrees 39 minutes 50 seconds west and a distance of 228.60 feet to land now
or formerly of Mason:
THENCE north 12 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds west 293 feet to the southerly side of
Mason Drive, at an iron pipe therein;
THENCE north 72 degrees 254 minutes 30 seconds east along said southerly side of
Mason Drive 226.02 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right title and interest of the party of the first part, if any, of, in

The above premises are the same premises conveyed to Roy H. Reeve and Kathryn M.
Reeve, as tenants, each receiving a one-half undivided interest in and to the premises by deed

on January 23, 1997.
