BEING AND INTENDED To BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated August 27, 1991 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on September 6, 1991 in Liber 11328 Page 209.
SUBJECT TO a mortgage now a lien on the aforesaid premises held by
Capstead, Inc . in the unpaid amount of $39,768:80 which mortgage debt
