WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of
the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the aecond part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever,

TO~ETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; TO~ETHE~
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party
of the first part in and to said premises; TO ~A~ AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the
first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of
the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the sa~e first to the payment of the cost of the
i~rovement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
Being and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated May 11, 2005 and recorded
on July 13, 2005 in Liber 12397 Page 353 in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk.

Lot 19, on "Map of Rockcove Estates,' filed in the olflce of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on June 11, 2001 as Map No. 1.0637, (the 'Map"). being only a porlion of the
premises conveyed by Ssi Cajole and Benny Calola, Jr., as joint tenants in common
without ~ght of survivorship, by that certain deed to Lot 19 and other pemeh, dated as '
of June 19, 2002, and recorded if~ the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County at Ilber
12216, page 336.
The streets and roads shown on the Map am resehmd to the party of the first part for.
