ALL buildings are to be crectad on closed foundations of peered concrete, cement blocks or bricks,
excepting porches which may be erected on piers or posts.
That no dwelling house, exclusive of ~dlrage, shall be crcctcd or consltucted on any lot which shall
contain less than 1000 square feet on thc ground floor.
No nuisances and noises of any kind, unwholesome and offensive to the neighborhood, shall be
permitted to exist on any lot, nor shall any accumulation of rubbish, essence, junk or materials of any
kind be p~uulttcd to remain on any lot. Lot owners shall cut the grass and keep the appearance of the
lots in accorduncc with the standards of&e community.
No fowl, poultry, animals or livestock shall be kept on any of thc lots, except domestic household pets.
No outside clothes lines shall be permitted except a circular umb~lla type cio&es drycr or two "T"
posts set no more than 30 feet apart with lines strung between. Said clothes dryer or lines shall be
pcrtni~d in rear yards only.
Each lot shall be subject to electric, electric light, gus and telcphono eascments on the surface or below
the surface along the road or land adjacent to each lot.
No hedge or fences shall be allowed to be constructed over four (4) feet in height nor sludi any solid
board fences be permitted.
That thc said covenants are hereby declared to be covenants attached to and running with the land.
The said covenants and resections may be released or altered by W.H.D REA LTY CORPORATION.
The said covenants and restrictions shall expire on January 1, 1985.
