being the southerly corner of land of Hughes; and from said point on beginning:
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Hughes, North 47 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds
East, a distance of 143.61 feet to an iron pipe:
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Ollie M. Ovenon, the following tow

1. South 42 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 100.00 feet;
2.. South 47 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 135.06 feet to said
northeasterly line of Horton's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along said northeasterly line North 47 degrees 00 minutes West. a
distance of 100.37 feet to the point or place of BEGINNINO.

AND the party of the first part. in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law. covenants

right to receive such consideration as a ~ust fund to be applied first for the purpoee of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same fi~t to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other puq~se.
The word "party' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
