described as Lot #8 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport"
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the county of Suffolk on 4/27/64 as Map#4021,
said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of McCann Lane where the same is intersecte~
by the division line between lots 8 and 9 on the above mentioned map said point being
distant 920.26 feet southerly as measured along the westerly s~de of McCann Lane from
the corrter formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Sound Drive with the
westerly side of McCann Lane;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the westerly side of
McCann Lane South 15 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds East, 110.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 74 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds West, 160.0 feet to land now or
formerly of Butt;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 15 degrees 55 minutes 50 seconds West, 110.0 feel
to the division line between lots 8 and 9 first above mentioned and;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 74 degrees 04 minutes 10 seconds East,
160.0 feet to the westerly side of McCann Lane, the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated 11/8/65 and recorded on 11/15/65 in Liber 5858 page 565.

above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the

second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the propose of paying the cost of the improvelnent and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
m~provement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
