mentioned land 100.41 feet to land now or formerly of Green;

mentioned land 372 feet to the Southerly side of North Sea Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along said Southerly side of North Sea Drive, North 39 degrees
24 minutes 00 seconds East 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated March 25, 1997.
and recorded May 7, 1997 in Reel 11829 Page 361 in Suffolk County Clerk's Office.;
