TOGETHER with all right, title and intere~ if any, of the party of the first pan in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines doereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in and to

TO HA YEAND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party ofdoe second part, doe heirs or
successors and a~igns of doe party of the second pan forever.
AND the patty of doe first part, covenant~ that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
