County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly boundary line of land about to be described adjoining land of
Miller, 130.0 feet Northwesterly along said land from a monument at the Southerly corner thereof, said point
of beginning being the Westerly comer of land conveyed or about to be conveyed to .lohn Bie; from said point
of beginning running along said land of Miller, North 64 degrees 50 minutes West, 299.75 feet, to the mean
high water mark of Long Island Sound;
RUNNING THENCE Northeasterly along said high water mark, on a tie line course bearing North 30 degrees
52 minutes 20 seconds East, 57.25 feet to land now or formerly of Brown and Wockenfuss;
RUNNING THENCE along said land the following two {2) courses and distances;
South 64 degrees 50 minutes East, 122.74 feet;
2. North 25 degrees 10 minutes East, 56.97 feet to land now or formerly of Brown;
