OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK ON JANUARY 16, 2003 IN LIBER
12231 PAGE 115 TO ADD A CEKTAIN RIGHT OF WAY SET FORTH IN LIBER 8925 PAGE 364.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with thc appurtenances and all the estate and righl$ of the party ofthe first part in and to said

successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that Ihe party of the first part has not done or suffemi anything

ALL ]'HAT CERTAIN PLOT, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being hounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side.of a 50 foot private mad at a monument which
marks the intersection of the southwesterly comer of ~lie premises described herein xvith the northwesterly
comer of land now or formerly of Preston said point also being 212.41 feet northerly as measured along the
easterly and southeasterly side orS0 feet wide private mad from the comer formed by the intersection of the
southeasterly side of the said 50 feet wide private road with the northeasterly side ora 20 feet wide right of
way;
RUNNING THENCE from the point of BEGINNING and along the southerly side of the 50 feet
wide private road the following 2 courses and distances:
1. North 30 degrees 10 minutes East, 22.53 feet;
2. North 25 degrees 10 minutes East, 82.56 feet;
RUNING THENCE South 64 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East, 183.04 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 25 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds West, 105 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 64 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West, ~3'5 feet to a monument on
the southeasterly side ora 50 feet wide private road, the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way for purposes of ingress and egress over said fifty (50) foot wide
private road about 300 feet southcrly from the northwesterly comer of said premises, thence generally
easterly over a twenty (20) loot wide right of way about 100 feet, and thence southeasterly about 300 feet to
Sound View Avenue.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed
dated October 3, 1991 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 8, 1991 in
Liber I 1345 page 511.
TOGETHER WITH an interest and fight to use the following degribed right-of-way jointly with
Charles S. Witherspoon and others for all ordinary purposes of ingress and egress by foot over said right-of-
way:
ALL that certain plot, piece or pamcl of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Soulhold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, I~ing a Right-of-Way 25 feet in widih running from the westerly
side of a private mad to the Long Island Sound. Said 25 foot Right-of-Way abuts and burdens the southerly
line of lands now or formerly of Withcrspoon for an approximate distance of 174 feet and also abuts and
burdens the southerly line of lands now or formerly of Lowell for an approximate distance of 379 fee~.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same interest and right to use thc above-mentioned Right-of-
Way conveyed to the party of the first par by deed of even date herewith intended to be recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk simultaneously with this Correction Deed.
