County of Suffolk and State of New York, being a Right-of-Way 25 feet in width running from the
westerly side of a private road to the Long Island Sound. Said 25 foot Right-of-Way abuts and
burdens the southerly line of lands now or formerly of Witherspoon for an approximate distance of
174 feet and also abuts and burdens the southerly line of lands now or formerly of Lowell for an
approximate distance of 379 feet.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same interest and right to use the above-mentioned Right-of-
Way conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated November 24, 1980 recorded in the Office
~f the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 5, 1980 in Liber 8925 Page 364.

tOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting thc above described premises to the center lines thereof.
