North 25° 19' 50" W. 75.06 feet to the southwesterly corner ofinnd now for formerly of
Russell J. Smith and Alice R. Smith; running thence N. 620 31' 30" E. 109.15 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
Subject to restrictions of record.
BEING, and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by
Frederick N. Davis and Betty Lynn Davis, his wife, by deed dated September 27, 1965 and
recorded October 4, 1965 in Libor 5832 Page 440 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
Reserving unto each of the grantors a life estate in the said premises.
TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, of tho pa~y of the first part of, in and to any streets and road~ abutting the

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lies Law, covenants that the patay of the la'st part will
receive thc consideration for this conveyance and will bold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to he applied
fil~t for the p~l'pose of paying the cost of thc improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of Om cost of the
improvement before using any part of thc total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "palliea" whenever thc sense of this indenture so re. quires.
