RUNNING THENCE North 32 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds West, along said land of Leon
Sawicki Estate, 165.00 feet to land of Edward Kamps:
THENCE along said last,mentipned land, the following two ,(2) courses and distances: (1)
North 57 degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds East, 93.85 feet; (2) South 38 degrees 23 minutes 00
seconds East, 142.57 feet to the northwesterly side of Middle Road;
THENCE South 45 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the northwesterly side of
Middle Road, 109.97 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING·
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
and Gloria R'. Madsen, his.wife, by deed from Richard Kamps as residuary devisee under the
Last Will'and Testament of'Ernest Edward Henry Kamps, deceased, dated June 14, 1976, and
recorded in the Suffolk .C.ou. nty Clerk's Office on June 18, 1976, in Liber 8053 page 151.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate, in the above-described premises with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, in and to the party of the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of thc first part in and lo any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first pan in and to said
premise,s; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns et'the party of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first pan covenants that thc party of thc first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby thc said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of thc Lice Law, covenanls that
the party of the first part will receive thc consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same lirst to the payment of thc cost of thc
improvement before using any pan of ibc total of the same for any other puff~ose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "panics" whenever thc sense of this indenture so
requires.
