Van Tuyi & Son. dated May 4, 1961. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantors by Deed dated August 5, 1961 and-recorded.in the Suffolk Counly Cle. lk's Office on August 7, 1961 in Libcr 5028 page 283. ' .'
