2003, as to her 50% interest residi~8 at 3930 52 Street, Apt 4D Woodsid~, NY 11377.
Party of the second pm,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other
valuable consideration pa~d by the party of the second part, docs hereby Ip'ant, and releese
unto the party of the second pan. their heirs, or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever. ALL that certain plot, piece or per,el of land, with ~e buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Southeld, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: !
Beginning at a point on the southerly side 0f Sotmd View Avenue distant 625.10 feet
easterly of the comer formed by tl~ intersection of the southerly side of Sound View
Avenue and the easterly side of Lighthnuse Road; Running Thanee still along the
somherly side of Sound View Avenue South 71 degrees 51' 50" East, 100 feet to land of
Gianopulos~ Running Thence along the westerly side of the last said lands South 29
degrees 52' 50" East, 167.59 feet to other land of Gianopulos; Running Thence along the
northerly side of the last said land and land oflViaiorano, South 60 de~rees 07' 10" West.
230.0 feet; Running Thence along land of Mouticciolo, North 4 degrees 06' 30" East,
291.78 feet to the point of palace of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right of way in common with others from the noah side of Sound
view Avenue to the Long Island Sound, said right ofway being 6fl. in width at Sound
View Avenue and widening to a width of 20 R. at the northerly terminus thereof.
The Grantor herein is the same person as the grentee in Deed dated august 10, 1983
recorded August i 7, 1983 in Liber 9407 Page 329..
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party ofthe first part in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein 8ranted
unto the party of the second pa~, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first pan covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except es aforesaid. AND the party of the first part, in compliance with the
Section I 3 of the Lien Law. covenants that the party of the first pan will receive the
consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as
a trust fund to be applied firat for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any
of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall he construed as if it read 'parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHERE, OF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the
day and year first above written.
