BEING the same premises conveyed to the patty of the first part and her husband, John J. Feldis. Sr. by Gladys W. Shinkle by deed dated June 1 I, 1952 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Of'rice on June 25, 1952 in Liber 3371, page 55. SAID PREMISES being known as 18175 Sound View Avenue, SouthhokL New York. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETIIER with Ihe appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party ofthe second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
