ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being shown
as Lot 8 on the described Map of Chardonnay Woods at Southold,
filed in the Of£ice of the Clerk of Suffolk County on September
28, 1989 as Map No. 8822, and being more particularly bounded and
described as follows=
BEGINNING at a point on the division llne between Lot 7 on the
south and LOt 8 o~ the north where it is intersected by the
southerly boundary of Chablis Path, said point being 821.88 feet
measured southerly along the last mentioned boundary fro~ the
southwesterly terminus of the curve connecting fro~ the southerly
boundary of Chardonna¥ Drive with the easterly boundary of the
aforementioned Chablis Path having a radius of 20.00 feet and an
arc length of 31.42 fe~t, as shown on the aforementioned map of
Chardonnay Woods;
T~ENCE from said point of beginning, radlal from the last
mentioned boundary, south 62 degrees 38 minutes 05 seconds west
along the last mentioned division line 275.12 feet to a point on
the division line between LOt 8 on the east and south, and the

THENCE northerly and easterly, along the last mentioned division
line, the following two courses and distances:

aforementioned southerly boundary of Chablis Path;
