THIS INDENTURE, made the 14th day of September, 2001
BETWEEN
RORY KLINGE, residing at 512 Sterling Place, Greenport, New York, 11944
party of the first part, and
]3tORY KLINGE and CAROL M. ~ RAND, both residing at 512 Sterling Place,
Greenport, NY, 11944, as joint tenants with fights of survivorship
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and
other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, the receipt ahd
sufficiency of which hereby are acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more fully described in the
DESCRIPTION annexed hereto.
THE GRANTOR herein being the same person as the named grantee by deed recorded in
Liber 11995, Page 124.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
part in and to such premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way
whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will
hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, kmown and designated as Lot No. 58
on "Map of Champlin John G., Sixty Lots of", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on the 23'd day of October, 1873, as Map No. 337, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Sterling Place distant 199.35 feet
southerly from the comer from the intersection of the easterly side of Sterling Place with
the southerly side of Knapp Place;
RUNNING THENCE north 72 degrees 44' 30" east 228.44 feet;
RUNNING THENCE south 33 degrees 18' 30!' east 53.21 feet;
RUNNING THENCE south 73'd~grees 17' 50" west 231.69 feet to the easterly 'side of
Sterling Place;
RUNNING THENCE north 30 degrees 27' 30" west along the easterly side of Sterling
Place 5(I.21 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it mad "parties" whenever
