lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the pa~y of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildinp and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Southold, Suffolk County. New York, known and designated as Lot 12 on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Chardonnay Woods at Southold', filed in the office of the Clerk of thc
County of Suffolk an September 28, 1989, as Map No. 8822.
BEING AND INTENDED 1'O BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated
January 4, 1993 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Coumy of Suffolk on March 19. 1993 in Liber
i 1622 at page 499.
THE GRANTORS HEREIN RESERVE A LEGAL LIFE ESTATE IN THE PREMISES for the term
of the Grantors' life.
TOGETHER with ali fight, title and interest, if any. o£the party o£thc first pa~ in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above describcd premises to the center lines thereo£
TOGETHER with thc appurtenances and all thc estate and fights of thc party of the first part in and to said

successors and assigns of the part), of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered an)thing

AND THE party ofthe first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the propose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment ofthe cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be cons~ued ns if it read "pm'ties" wheneve~ the
sense of this indenture so requires.
