Monscl[ filed June 18, ! 873 file No. 53; RUNNINO THENCE along the northerly line of lot 10 and lot 9 of said filed map South 74 dc~rees 07 minutes 00 seconds West, a dislance of 79.88 feet to lot 8; THENCE running northerly along lot 8 as shown on ~ Map of John G. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE PART OF THE same premises conveyed to thc parties of the first by deed dated April 5, 2003 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 31, 2003 in Liber 12281 at page 424.
