WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN dollars paid by the party of the second part,
does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party
of the second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot 11 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Golden View Estates",
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 8/30/1984 as Map No. 7770; said lot being bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly side of White Eagle Drive at the extreme northerly end of a curve
connecting the northwesterly side of Eagle Nest Court with the northeasterly side of White Eagle Drive.;
RUNNING THENCE along the northeasterly side of White Eagle Drive, North 32 degrees 33 minutes 42 seconds
West-221r-.33 feet; a 4`�I
DISTRICT THEN along the division line between lot 11 and lot 12, on said map, North 57 degrees 26 minutes 18 seconds
1000 East 150.00 feet to the division line between lot 10 and•lot 11 on said map;
THENCE along the division line between lot 10 and lot 11, on said map, South 32 degrees 33 minutes 42 seconds
SECTION East 270.00 feet to the northwesterly side of Eagle Nest Court;
127.00 THENCE along the northwesterly side of Eagle Nest Court, South 57 degrees 26 minutes 18 seconds West
125.00 feet;
BLOCK THENCE southwesterly along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet and a length of
09.00 39.49 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
LOT Being and intended to be part of the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by Deed dated
011.000 4/5/1979 and recorded on 4/20/1979 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 8614 on Cp. 262 and Cp
268.
Premises also know as District 1000 Section 127.00 Block 09.00 Lot 011.000 as shown on the Suffolk County
Land and Tax Map with a street address of 105 Eagle INest Court, Laurel, New York.
This conveyance has been made with the unanimous consent in writing, of all the stockholders of the party of the
first part.
TOGETHER with ali.right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the part of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second
part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the part of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
