BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly line of Bailey Avenue, 331,99
feet southerly along said easterly line of Bailey Avenue from the North Road,
said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly
of Hiddink and the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described, and
being 5 feet more or less, northerly along said easterly line of Bailey Avenue
from the southwesterly corner of Lot 21 as shown on Map of Subdivisions of the

said point of beginning running along said land of Hiddink, being through said
