side of Main Road (NYS Rte. 25);
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly line of Sound Road, North 27 degrees 31 minutes 20
seconds West, 75.00 feet to land now or formerly of Webb;
RUNNING THENCE along said land North 62 deglx'es 28 minutes 40 seconds East, 142.69
feet to land now or formerly of Semco Realty Associates, LLC.;
RUNNING THENCE along said lands South 27 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds East, 75.00
feet to land now or formerly of Mclatire and Hollander first above mentioned;

the party, of the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold lhe right

before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
