THE GRANTOR HEREIN RESERVES THE RIGHT AND CONVEYS TO EDWARD KSZYMINSKI, presently residing at 69305 County Route 48, Greenport, New York, the right to the exclusive use and occupancy of the premises during the Grantor's lifetime and, said Edward Kszyminski's lifetime with the Grantor and said Edward Kszyminski to pay for all maintenance and repairs, water and sewer charges, insurance charges, and taxes relating to said premises. Said life use shall be personal to the Grantor and said Edward Kszyminski, and shall not be subject to assignment or lease. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the'party of the first part by deed dated June 10, 1970 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 6790 page 75 SUBJECT TO restrictions of record.
