BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Main Road (SR 25) at the southeasterly comer of land now
or formerly of Alfred H. Jahn and the southwesterly con.er of land about to be described, from said point or
place of beginning running thence along the northerly s. ide of Main Road (SR 25) in an easterly direction
approximately 171 feet to land now or formerly ofViwan B. Stein;
RUNNING THENCE in a northerly di~eetion along lands now or formerly of Vivian B. Stein
approximately 304 feet to lands now or formerly of Mary W. Blu. lunan and Margaret E. Dennington;
RUNNING THENCE in a westerly direction along lands now or formerly of Mary W. Blackman and
Margaret E. Dennington approximately 171 feet to lands now or formerly of Alfred H. Jalm;
RUNNING THENCE in a southerly direction alon8 lands now or f~rncrly of Alfred H. Jahn approximately
304 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the f~t part by deed dated
September 4, 1998 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 16, 1998
in Liber 11917 at page 232.
