consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party
of the second pan, the heirs or suceesaor~ and assigns ortho party of the second part forever, all
of his undivided one-fourth Interest as set forth in the Last Will and Testament of
Margaret W. l}ennington dated Mareh 2'/, 2000, and probated in the Suffolk County
Surrogate's Court under lqle No. 176'/P 2003 In and to
ALL THAT CERTMN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings tbereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Soffolk, and State of New York,
being more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the northerly line of Main Road, also known as North
Road, at the southeasterly corner of land of Mary Blaclanan and the southwesterly corner of
the premises herein described:
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Blacknuln, North 32 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds
West, 303.52 feet to an iron pipe and other land of the party of the second pan;
THENCE along said land, North 66 degrees 01 minllte 20 secollda East, 269.31 feet to an iron
pipe;
THENCE continuing along said land of the party of the second part and along Innd of
Stevenson, South 31 degrees 58 minutes 30 ~econds l:-~t, 302.95 feet to said northerly line of
Main Road;
THENCE along said northerly line, South 66 degrees 01 minute 20 seconds West, 265.33 feet
to the point of BEGINNING.
