ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the building and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in Town of Southold, Counly of Suflbik, State of New York, known as and
by Lot No. 17, on a certain map entitled "Map of Fordham Acres, Section One at Oreenport, Town
of Soulhold, Suffolk Count)', New York" surveyed November 6, 1961, by Otto W. Van Tuyl and
Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the
Tb day of March 1962, as Map No. 3519.
THE above-mentioned lot being further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly line of a 50 foot road known as Gtdi Pond Lane at the
