WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying
andbeinginthe Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the westerly side of New Suffolk Road at the
southeast corner of the premises herin described adjoining land formerly of Charles P.
Tax Map Tuthill Estate on the south; running thence along said land formerly of Charles P.
Designation Tuthill Estate, South 800 06' 40" West 403.27 feet to a monument and land of
Coftgregational Church Society; running thence along said land of Congregational Church
Dist. 1000 Society, two courses and distances as fol}ows: (1) North 300 41' 40" West 8.96 feet;
thence (2) North 41° 00' 40" East L46.93 feet to a monument and land of F.D. Peterson;
running thence along said land of F.D. Peterson and land of Hannah G. Beebe, North 80°
Sec. 109 06' 40" East 292.42 feet to a monument on the westerly side of New Suffolk Road;
running thence along the westerly side of New Suffolk Road, South 9° 53' 20" East
101.05 feet to the monument at the point or place of BEGINNING
Blk- 6 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the ;party of the first part by
deed dated December 22, 1988 and failed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Lots) 4 Suffolk on December 27, 1988 in Liber 10764 of deeds at page 120.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part of,in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the Same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
