WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying
and beingimthts Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly side of Main (State) Road, distant
210.83 feet northeasterly from the corner ,formed by the intersection of the south—
Tax Map easterly side of Main Road with the northeasterly side of Stillwater Ailenue; running
Designation thence North 51° 29' 10" East, along the southeasterly side of Main Road, 94.93 feet;
thence along land now or formerly of Braun (1) South 45e 21' 20" East, 198.81 feet;
Dist. 1000 and (2) South 43° 40' 20" West, 93.98 feet;. and thence North 45° 25' 50" West along
land now or formerly of Zimmerman, 211.72 feet to the southeasterly side of Main Road
and the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated December 22, 1988 and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
Blk. 1 on December 27, 1988 in Liber 10764 at page 120.

herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party" shall be construed as if it read"parties" w enever the sense of this indenture so requires.
