TOGETHER with an easement in common with others of 12 feet in width more
particularly described in the Declaration of Easement made by Folly Beach
Limited as of November 9, 1987 and recorded in Liber 10485 cp. 487 in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way 90 feet in width from the northwesterly
corner of the premises northerly to "Reeve Avenue".
TOGETHER with a Right-of-Way in common with others from the premises
over Camp Mineola Road to Kraus Road, a public highway.
TOGETHER with a Right-of-Way in common with others to use the recreation
area on James Creek, but only to the extent of the Seller's interest therein.
SUBJECT TO the requirement that the lot comprising the premises may not
