THIS INDENTURE,made the/7 r day of nineteen hundred and ninety-nine
BETWEEN LILLIAN PACE as Surviving Tenant by the Entirety of BERTIS PACE, deceased 8/21/78,
residing at 21870 Route 25, Cutchogue,New York,party of the first part, and
BEATRICE DeJESUS, residing at 21870 Route 25,Cutchogue,New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second party,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Cutchogue,Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein
described and at the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Solecki; THENCE north 59 degrees 50
minutes 30 seconds east, along the southerly line of the Main Road, 76.73 feet to land now or formerly of
Andruski; THENCE along said last mentioned land,the following two courses and distances: 1)south 14
degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds east,325 feet; 2)south 74 degrees 8 minutes 10 seconds west, 177.91 feet to
land now or formerly of J. Solecki; THENCE north 3 degrees 49 minutes 50 seconds east, along said last
mentioned land, 325 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part herein by Deed dated August 1, 1944, recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 30, 1944 in Liber 2385, page 303.
.Said premises being known as 21870 Route 25, Cutchogue,New York
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second part forever.
Tax Map AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
Designation whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
IAND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
Dist. first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
1000 as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
Sec. purpose.
