· ITNESSETH, that thc party of the first part, in consideration ofTEN ($10.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party ofthe second pa~ does hereby grant and reltase unto
the party of the second part, thc heirs or successors and assigns of the palmy ofthe second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and bein$ in Greenport~ Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Main Road (SR 25) at the easterly side of WiFe, ins Lane,
from said point or place of BEGINNING running ,,long the southerly side of Main Road (SR 25) in an
easterly direction approxinmtely 284 feet to land now or formerly of Apodiacos;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Apodiacos in a southerly direction approximately
200 feet to land now or formerly of Costello;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Costello in a westerly direction approximately
284 feet to Wiggins Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along Wiggins Lane in a northerly dircction approximately 200 feel to the point or

{EING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the f~t part by deed dated
September 4, 1998 and recorded in the Off]ce of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September ] 6, ] 998
in Liber 11917 at page 233.
TOGETHER with all right, title and intel't, if any, of the party of the first I~ in and to any su~'ets and

successors and assigns of the party of thc second part forever.

AND THE ~y ortho first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this convcyanse and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of thc cost of the improvement before using any pa~ of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be consLrued as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.
