ISSUER DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the 19°i day of May, 1999, between SUFFOLK COUNTY
INDUSTRIAL, DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public benefit corporation duly organized and
validly existing under the laws of the State of New York, having its principal office at H. Lee
Dennison Building, 2nd Floor, 100 Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge, New York 11788,
grantor, and NIATTITUCK-LAUREL LIBRARY, a New York corporation duly organized and
validly existing under tie laws of the State of New York, having an office at 13900 Main Road,
Mattituck, New York 11952, grantor, and, grantee
WITNESSETH that the grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration paid by the grantee, hereby grants and releases unto the grantee, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the grantee forever,
(See Schedule A attached hereto)
Property Address: 13900 Main Road, Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the grantor in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the grantee, the heirs or
successes and assigns of the grantee forever.
AND the said grantor covenants that the grantor has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever. This deed is subject to
the gust provisions of Section 13 of the Lien Law.
The words "grantor" and "grantee" shall be construed to read in the plural whenever the
sense of this deed so requires.

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of
M�Jttituck in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York
' BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Main Road at the northeasterly corner of
land of Lester, and running thence along said southerly line of Main Road, two courses, as
follows:
(1) North 74 degrees, 40 minutes, 10 seconds east 43.05 feet to a granite monument;
(2) THENCE, north 73 degrees, 11 minutes east 37.40 feet to other land of the party
of the first pour
(3) THENCE along said other land of the party of the first part, south 5 degrees,
54 minutes east 505.10 feet to the northwesterly corner of land of Roman;
(4) THENCE along other land to be conveyed to the party of the second part, south
37 degrees, 19 minutes. 40 seconds west 134.12 feet;
(5) THENCE along said other land to be conveyed to the party of the second part and
land of Leste;-, north 5 degrees, 46 minutes west 473. 26 feet to the point of beginning.
