formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Wiggins Lane with the southerly side of North Road, said
point also being at the intersection of the westerly side of Wiggins Lane with the division line betxveen Lots
18 and 19 as shown on the above merltioned map;
RUNN1NG THENCE South 23 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds East along the westerly side of Wiggins
Lane 150.00 feet to the division line between Lots 19 and 20 as shown on said above mentioned map;
RUNN1NG THENCE along said last mentioned dMsion line South 66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds West
150.00 feet;
RUNN1NG THENCE North 23 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds West 150.00 feet to the division line
between Lots 18 and 19 first above mentioned;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line North 66 degrees 01 minutes 20 seconds East 150.00 feet
to the westerly side of Wiggins Lane at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
February 20, 2002 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 9, 20002 in Liber
12173 page 444.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
