WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second
)art, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot1 piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second pad forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.

THE premises being conveyed pursuant to this Contract of Sale is located in the Town of Southold, CounW of Suffolk
and State of New York, consist of a portion of Suffolk County Tax Map No. 1000-035.00-04.00-028.31 and is comprised
of underwater land under a dredged canal known as Fcrdham Canal and are more fully bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly mean high water line of a dredged canal known as Fordham Canal, where same
is intersected by the division line of Lots 9 and l0 on the Map of Fordham Acres Section I (filed 3/7/62 as Map
No.3519); and
RUNNING TI-IL~NCE through said Canal:
Easterly along a prolongation of the division line of Lot 9 and l0 on said filed map to the center line of said Fordham
Canal approX-trnately 45.78 feet;
2) Northerly along the center line of said Fordham Canal to the prolongation of the northerly line of Lot 9 on said filed
map approximately 100.06 feet;
Westerly along a prolongation of the northerly line of Lot 9 on said filed map approximately 59.15 £eet to the
westerly mean high water line of said Fordham Canal;
4) Southerly along the westerly mean high water line of said Fordham Canal to the point or place of BEGINNh-NG.
