TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anythint
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consld
oration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose o[ paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same fol
any other purpose.

CORRECTION DEED FROM MARTIN SIDOR, JR. , MARTIN H. SIDOR,
ROBERT SIDOR AND MARTIN SIDOR & SONS, INC.
TO LEGION STREET, INC.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Town of Southold, at Mattituck, Suffolk County, New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the northerly line of Legion Avenue,
at the Southwest corner of the premises herein described, adjoining
land of New Bethany Cemetery on the West;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of New Bethany Cemetery, two courses
and distances, as follows: (1) North 34 degrees 33 minutes 00
seconds West, 353 . 30 feet to a railroad monument;
THENCE (2) North 32 degrees 32 minutes West, 44 . 23 feet to a
monument and land of Long Island Railroad,
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Long Island Railroad, North 46
degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds East, 433 . 82 feet to a monument and
land now or formerly of J. Fleming and G.P. Bergmann;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of J. Fleming and
G.P.Bergmann, South 3.7 degrees 58 minutes 00 seconds East, 159. 07
feet to a monument and land of Irving Wells;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Irving Wells, two (2) courses and
distances, as follows,: (1) South 62 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds
West, 187 . 46 feet to a monument;
THENCE (2) South 35 degrees 22 minutes East, 45. 80 feet to a
monument and land of Williata Newalis;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of William Newalis, three (3)
courses and distance, as follows: (1) South 62 degrees 20 minutes
40 seconds West, 60. 18 feet to a monument;
THENCE (2) South 35 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds East, 145. 66
feet;
THENCE (3) South 35 degrees 16 minutes 50 seconds East, 10. 00 feet
to a monument and other land now or formerly of Stephen B.
Hamilton;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Stephen B.
Hamilton, two (2) courses and distances, as follows: (1) South 59
degrees 31 minutes 30 seconds West, 70. 00 feet to a monument;
THENCE (2) South 35 degrees 14 minutes 40 seconds East, 150. 03 feet
to a monument on the northerly side of Legion Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE South 59 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds West, along
the northerly side of Legion Avenue, 74 . 17 feet to the monument at
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by the following deeds:
1.) Deed dated February 15, 1966, from Stephen B. Hamilton to
Frank Sidor and Martin Sidor, Jr. , recorded at the office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 24 , 1966 in
Liber 5916 of conveyances at Page 121; and
2.) Deed dated May 13 , 1974 , wherein Frank Sidor' s : interest was
conveyed by his widow, Stella Sidor Bradford, to Martin Sidor,
Jr. This deed was recorded at the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on May 15, 1974 in Liber 7637 of conveyances
at Page 478 .

This deed is a correction and confirmation deed given by the
parties of the first part to the party of the second part for the
purpose of confirming that Martin Sidor, Jr. ' s 100% interest in the.
property described on Schedyle A herein was conveyed to Martin H.
Sidor and Robert Sidor by deed dated January 26, 1983 and recorded
at the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 1,
1983 in Liber 9308 of conveyances at Page 360; that the deed from
Martin H. Sidor to Robert Sidor dated August 17, 1992 and recorded
at the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September
113, 1992 in Liber 11540 of conveyances at Page 062, conveyed Martin
Sidor' s 50% interest in and to the subject premises to Robert
Sidor; that the deed from Robert Sidor to Martin Sidor & Sons, Inc.
dated September 15, 1992 and recorded at the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on September 21, 1992 in Liber 11540 of
conveyances at Page 497 , conveyed a 100% interest in and to the
subject premises to Martin Sidor & Sons, Inc. , and that the deed
dated May 11, 1995 and recorded at the office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on May 15, 1995 in Liber 11725 of conveyances at
Page 299, from Martin Sidor & Sons, Inc. to the party of the second
part conveyed a 100% interest in and to the subject premises.
