THIS INDENTURE, made the 25th day of January, nineteen hundred and ninety—nine

party of the first part,and ROBERT JAMES BARRY, JR. and JOYCE NOEL BARRY,
his wife, residing at 10 Elms Lane, Wading River, New York 11792
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above

SCHEDULE A
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State
of New York, known and designated as lot No. 20 on a certain Map
entitled "Revised Subdivision, Property of Alonzo Jersey, being
Plot 282, Nassau Point Club Properties Inc . at Peconic, N.Y. "
made and completed April 21, 1930 by Otto W. Van Tuyl,
Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, filed in the Office of
the County Clerk, Suffolk County, New York, April 28, 1930, file
number 763 , and which map superseded Subdivision made May 9, 1923
and filed in said County Clerk' s Office in File No. 640 and being
more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the easterly side of
Northwest Loop at the northwest corner of the premises herein
described adjoining Lot No. 19 on the north; running thence along
said Lot No. 19, South 820 57 ' 50" East 191 . 85 feet to a point
and Lot No. 1; running thence along said Lot No. 1, South 170 52 '
10" West 114 . 75 feet to a monument set on the northerly side of
Northwest Loop; running thence along Northwest Loop as follows :
(1) South 790 58 ' 20" West 68 .24 feet; (2) thence in a westerly
and northwesterly direction 210 feet, more or less, to the
monument and point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
Howard Robert Meinke and Margaret A. Meinke, his wife, by deed
dated April 9, 1956, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on April 17, 1956 in Liber 4099, page 148 .
TOGETHER WITH all of the rights and privileges, if any, of
the party of the first part to use the 10 foot roadway extending
westerly from Northwest Loop to the bay, as shown on said map as
a right of way to the beach.
