BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the east side of Village Lane with the north side of Roadway;
THENCE North 20o West along the east side of Village lane 110 feet;
THENCE North 70o East 237.93 feet to land now or formerly of Ruland;
THENCE-' South I6o 0.5' 30" East 32.88 feet and South 17o 39' 30" East 77.29 feet along said land to the North
side of said Roadway;
THENCE Saudi 70o West along the north side of said Roadway 232.54 feet to the intersection, the point or place
of BEGINNING.

AND the party of the first part in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part will
receive aw consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
