Bayview Street, Massapequa, NY 11758 as joint tenant with the right of survival with William E. de Bruin, Jr. who acquired his interest in the after described real property by a bequest of a portion of the residue of the Estate of William E. de Bruin party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and in consideration ofa bequest of a portion of the residue of the estate and the payment of Seventeen Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five ($17, 125) dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the Second part, does hereby grant and release unto tlle�party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the near Nassau Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of Southhold New York, shown and designated as and by Lot 38 and part of Lot 37 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Nassau Farms" and filed in the Sec. 104 Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 28, 1935, under the Map No. Blk. 2 1179, said lot and part of lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Lot 13 I BEGINNING at a point on. the westerly line of Pine Tree Road at the southeasterly corner of lot 38 , as shown on "Map of Nassau Farms" , filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 1179 ; Running Thence along lot 39 , as shown on said map, South 86 degrees 00 minutes 10 seconds West, 273 . 06 feet; Thence along lot 52, as shown on said map, North 23 degrees 50 minutes West, 65. 0 feet; Thence along lot 37; as shown on said map, North 85 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds East, 98 . 47 feet; Thence through said lot 37, being along land conveyed by Edythe Romeo to Mabelle Dempewolf, two: courses: I 1. The premises are the same as conveyed to William E. deBruin, deceased on August 31, 1971 by Edythe C. Romeo in a deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, at L 6697 cp 405 on .September,,,, 1, 1971. Premises known as 2570 Pine Tree Road, Cutchogue, New York and ' designated on the Suffolk County Tax Map as Southold District, Section 104 , Block 2 , Lot 13 . This conveyance is made to distribute the assets of the Estate of .
