RASWEILER III (ate of 3150 Vanston Road, Cutchogue, New York 11935 who died on the 4th day of October nineteen hundred and ninety-six party of the first part, and JOHN J. RASWEILER IV and MARGARET R. RASWEILER, his wife FI„ P IQ to di i�53o party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that lite party of the first part, to whom letters testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York on March 21, 1997 and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testmnent, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of Two hundred ninety-five thousand ($295,000.00) dollars, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALJ.. that certain plot, piece or parcel of laud, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the See Schedule A, Parcel A Premises are also known by the street address: 3150 Vanston Road, Cutchogue, Section: New York 11935, and designated as Section 111, Block 5,Lot 8. 111 Block: Being the same premises conveyed to grantor herein by a deed dated 5 May 7, 1952 , recorded May 12 , 1952 in Liber 3351 , Page 311 . Lot: 8 h TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death ill said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ- ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. " surveyed June 28, 1922 , by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C.E. 6 Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y. , and filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N.Y. , August 16, 1922, File No. 156 . Being part of the premises heretofore conveyed by Ralph S. Case and Mary G. Case, his wife to Fannie B.
