WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Stillwater Avenue distant 400.06
feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Stillwater Avenue with the easterly side of Stillwater Avenue;
Running thence along the easterly side of Stillwater Avenue North 46 degrees
24 minutes 40 seconds West 333. 19 feet to land now of formerly of Lademann;
Thence along said land and continuing along land now or formerly of Wick, North
87 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds East 493.20 feet; Thence along land now or formerly
of Pontino and continiuing along land now or formerly of Crofts South 44 degrees
31 minutes 00 seconds West 358.28 feet to the easterly side of Stillwater Avenue
and the point of plance of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE p4e same premises conveyed by deed dated
April 29, 1997 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 14, 1997
in Liber 11830 Page 364.
This conveyance is subject to a mortgage held by Reliance Federal Savings
Bank dated April 29; 1997 in the amount of $90,000.00 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 14, 1997 in Liber 19198 of mortgages,
Page 449 and on which mortgage there is now due and owing the principal
sum of $ 83,673.59and interest, at the rate of 7.625% from March 1, 1999
and that the party of the second part hereby assumes and consents to pay' said
mortgage with interest as part of the conditions of this conveyance.
)00 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
St. roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
