party of the first part, and SHARON O'NEILL, residing at 3600 Delmar Drive, Laurel, NY 11948,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second party. does hereby gram and release unto the party of the semnd part, the heirs or successors
and assigns of the pang of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Mattituck. Southold Town, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Lots No. 24 and 25 on Map of Property of Mattituck Development Company, Inc., Mattituck,
Long Island, New York, made by Daniel R. Young, Surveyor, December 1922, and filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office as Map No. 776.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part of, in and to land lying within
the bounds of any highway adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof. Subject to utility company
easements of record, if any.
SUBJECT TO a life estate herein granted unto WALTER S. COUTTS and MARGARET V. COUTTS,
presently residing at 365 Cedar Drive Mattituck, New York for the rest of their natural lives.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed dated
June 29, 1959 and recorded in Liber 4652 at page 178.
