This deed is a correction deed intending to correct the identity of the parties of the second part referenced in the above-referenced deed and to reflect that the party ofthe first part was not intended to have any beneficial interest in the premises. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights ofthe parties of the first part in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the parties of the second part, their heirs, successors and assigns forever.
